Perfect Balance Therapies provides a calm, holistic and therapeutic experience allowing ones inner balance to be restored.

Our modern lifestyles are fraught with many stresses and offer little or no time at all for relaxation. Many of us have stopped listening to the aches and strains of our bodies and relentlessly plough on with everyday life. My intention is to provide a sanctuary from those stresses and strains, to work with clients to provide a truly beneficial and restorative experience. I understand that when clients book time for themselves they deserve to be listened to. As individual as each client is, so are their expectations and needs, I always strive to exceed these expectations.

I practice from a lovely therapy room, which provides a warm, comforting and relaxing environment for my clients.

Perfect Balance Therapies is situated in the Village of Yaxley, which offers good access to and from all major routes in the area.

About Me

I have been interested in holistic wellbeing and complimentary therapies most of my adult life. Living in numerous countries around the world I have been able to study various complimentary therapies. Over the last 20 years I have built up my knowledge studying in Canada, South Africa and more recently at the London School of Reflexology.

Since my children flew the nest, I have worked hard to turn my passion into a reality. I am immensely privileged to work in a complimentary wellbeing environment especially one that my clients find so beneficial.

I have a Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology from the London School of Reflexology taught by the well renowned expert Louise Keet and further advanced training in Facial Reflexology taught by the pioneer of facial reflexology Ziggy Bergman. In addition I have international qualifications in Indian Head Massage, Swedish Massage, Thai Foot Massage and Thai Body Massage.

I would be delighted to discuss the treatments available to suit your individual needs and we will have a consultation before we begin. This will enable me to understand your overall health and wellbeing needs, to ensure you receive the best treatment plan.
