What to expect from a treatment
Depending on the treatment you are having you will be asked to remove your socks and shoes when having reflexology. For those clients having a massage to ensure the dignity and privacy of client and practitioner it is the policy of Perfect Balanced Therapies that the client is required to retain their underwear, for female clients receiving a back massage they may wish to remove their bra during the treatment. You will then relax on the heated treatment couch or Lafuma if you have any mobility issues.
Your treatment will be tailored to meet your specific needs, pressure will be judged accordingly. For those clients receiving reflexology it will never feel ticklish, although some areas may feel sensitive, however, you should never experience pain.
Each treatment session is a unique experience and each client responds differently. Treatment plans can be discussed during the first appointment or you can contact me after your initial treatment.

You should feel an inner calmness and balance, clients often feel relaxed and energised at the same time. Clients feel a greater sense of clarity and mental focus and tend to sleep incredibly deeply.
